We are building and modifying cars in order to push them to limits above and beyond their original capacities. As such no warranty is provided on parts used in racing environments, given their inherently increased risk.

Refunds are available on all parts prior to shipping, but will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Parts are generally custom made to order. Once you place the order, I obtain materials and begin the build process. Please be committed to your order before checking out.

• Returns eligible up to 5 days after delivery.
• Inspect all parts for issues as soon as delivered. I will take care of any issues regarding workmanship/defects, and work through getting the fastest resolution for you.
• Changes to addresses or delivery options made after shipping are your responsibility.
• Damaged shipping claims need to be made by you, the receiver, with the shipper as soon as possible. If you suspect the part is damaged it is much easier to inspect and refuse delivery, than accepting delivery and filing a claim after.
• Parts must be in new condition, not installed. Once you install it, it is yours. Test fitting is recommended on all items, but without removing any adhesives or applying tool marks. 
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping/packaging. If the part returns damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Parts must be retuned to EOS undamaged before a refund is issued. This includes the return shipping process.
• Refunds are processed through GoDaddy and may take several days. I do not control that process once the refund is initiated.
• Refunds will be made directly to the same payment method you used. I do not store payment information. I cannot process a refund using a method other than how you paid.
